| APPLICATION | For the selective isolation and culture of Listeria monocytogenes. | |
| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 71.9 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. | ||
| 3. Heat to melt agar before use, cool to 50°C, add 1 tube of supplements (0.05 mg of acriflavine hydrochloride, 1 mg of polymyxin B sulfate, 2mg of ceftazidime) per 100.0 mL of base medium, shake well and pour into a sterile culture dish. | ||

| 3.After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of. | ||
