APPLICATlON: Used for isolation, enumeration, and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio.

| APPLICATION | Used for isolation, enumeration, and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio. | |
| PREPARATION | 1. Weigh 64.3 g, and add 1 L distilled water. Heat while stirring until fully dissolved. 2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. For modified MRS medium, cool to 45°C after sterilization. For every 100 medium, add 1 vial of mupirocin lithium salt and 1 vial of cysteine hydrochloride, mixing well. 3. Pour the sterile flat dish and set aside. |

| PRECAUTIONS | 1. NOT for clinical use. 2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy. 3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures. |
