| APPLICATION | For selective enrichment of Staphylococcus aureus and other salt-tolerant bacteria. | |
| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 90 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. | |
| 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. | ||

| 3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of. | ||
| 4. Pay attention to dust when weighing and wear a mask to avoid causing discomfort to the respiratory system. | ||
