| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 35.7 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. | |
| 2. Dispense in test tubes with small tubes, autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min, cool to room temperature. | ||
