| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 52.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. | |
| 2. Sub pack it into triangular bottles, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 20min. | ||
